Warranty of Services.
服务保证（保修条款）：
We warrant that our services will be performed in accordance with generally accepted standards in the industry for a three (3) months period after completion.
我方保证：我方将按照公认的行业标准在完成后进行为期三（3）个月的保修.
We make no other warranties or guarantees, express or implied, statutory or otherwise.
我方没有其它明示或暗示的、法定的或其它的保证或担保.
All implied or statutory warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose are specifically excluded.
所有暗示的或法定的针对适销性和适用性的保证特此排除.
If any of our services are found to be deficient within the three months period following their completion, we will provide the additional services (within the original scope of the services provided) necessary to correct the deficiency at no cost to you, provided that we are advised of such deficiency in a timely manner within such three months period.
如果在完成后的这三个月内发现我方的服务有缺陷,我方将（在原来提供的服务范围内）提供必要的额外服务,以修正缺陷,无需你方(支付)任何费用,条件是我方应在这三个月期间内及时告知此类缺陷.
Our services will be deemed completed when we deliver our Work Product (as described in section “Scope of Work” in the current letter above).
在我方提交我方的“工作产品”之时,我方的服务将被视为完成（如本函前面的“工作范围”章节所述）.
This provision of additional services constitutes our sole liability and is your exclusive remedy with respect to any defects, deficiencies, errors or omissions services.
本额外服务条款是我方的唯一责任,也是对任何缺陷,瑕疵,错误或遗漏维修而给您的唯一补救措施.
