Sleep and Health
Sleeping is very important to our health.It can make us have a good rest.It can keep us in high spirits the whole day It can let us forget sadness.But people are becoming busier and busier now,so more and more people don't get enough sleep,which is harmful to their health.
What should we do?I think sleep is essential to us .if we want to live better ,work better .We must try our best to get enough sleep
