what happened to Anne in the Dairy of Anne Frank?

Anne was hiding in the attic.Two years later,the war was almost over.But,the Nazis found them and took them to conservation camps.It was because a thief heard their noise when he was stealing something.
I think Anne died later in a conservation camp because of a disease.
