would rather you 和 would you rather do sth结构上的区别

you would rather do sth than do sth比起...你宁愿做...疑问would you rather do sth than do sth?
would rather sb did sth宁愿某人去做某事(现在或将来）
would rather sb had done sth宁愿某人做过某事（过去）
e.g.:
---i would rather stay at home than go shopping.
---Would you rather stay at home?
--i would rather Mr.Smith went to beijing tomorrow.
---i would rather he had followed my advice (事实上他没有）
