1.我明白楼主的意思是使用插入语变化,但是do you know很少这样用,一般是do you think/believe/suppose/expect等才可以.2.就算是可以,前后的句序也不对应.应该是：Do you know what the best book is?= What do you k...who do you think is the friendiest student？这时我自己写的句子像这个句子是不是插入语后面的就不用陈述语序了啊，因为我认为这里的who做的是主语who {do you think 这时插入成分 } is the friendiest student？对吗(who) is the friendliest student就是陈述句序啊，因为who刚好做主语，后面就是系表结构，为陈述句序。不过这样的例句存在争议，原句既可以用who做主语，即“谁是最友好的学生”；也可以把the friendliest student做主语，而who做表语，即“最友好的学生是谁”。
