英语口语 what do you think of cooperation and competiton?Which is more important?why?

Generally speaking,I think both of them are important for us on the way to success.On the one hand,competition can stimulate us to work hard,so we can promote our personal competence.On the other hand ,cooperating with others can broads our horizons and learn how to communicate with other people.These two are different but important all the sam .
