personnel office是地点 send是动词 it是物 如果没有to 就是没有介词 如果回答不用从句的话是I send my form to the personnel office 可是选D的话变成从句时没有to 没有介词就不成句子了那那个省略介词的是怎么回事，这题为什么和那个不一样就是time， place， way这三个词后面可以省略。。只是这三个词 不是泛指~~意思就是 I have no time to send it.I have no place to live.
