We live in a world whose pace is getting faster and faster.Peopel are easily get exhausted or depressed in such a world.Therefore,it's important to have practical ways to relax ourselves.
My ways of relaxing may be funny,but they do work well with me.When I am tired,I will take a hot both,then have a sound sleep.When I get up next day,I am an engergetic girl again.If I am tensed before an important exam,I will write emails to my friends.Writing can make me concentrate on what I am doing,so that I will forget my exam completely.Sometimes,I become depressed after someone said bad words to me.In such a case,I will read poems and other stuff that can help me cheer up.Besides,music can also ease my mind and make me relaxed.
I found a new way of geting relaxed a few days ago,that is,climbing mountains.When you get on top of a mountain and see the beautiful view below,all your bad feelings will disappear immediately.
