修改、扩写作文

When I was a kid,I dreamed myself to be a policeman.But my families kept telling me the potential danger lying within the job.My uncle and unty have even told me a real story of one of their police friends,who was suffering severe injury from his duty.Since then,I have never mentioned my dream to them.
However,I still have my dream.I dreamed myself to had become a real policeman and had caught many criminals.There was a time that I had caught a thief who had tried to escape,but,thanked to my quick responding and my determination to fight criminals,I had finally got him and put him into justice.The surrounding civilians had paid me back with great respets.
I do not fear anything of that life and I believe I'm able to handle them well.That's why I'm still working hard for my dream and I am confident that I will be studying in the police academy in the future.
