I know it isn't easy to learn__english___,but I have some ideas that may help.You said you couldn't understand people who talked fast. Well,you xan try to listen for the mostimportant words ,not every word.Secondly, I think listening,speaking reading and wrting are the four points which of great importance in the english learnning, english study is a process need to accumulate and digest from what you've learn in your lesson. and the last for my idea,we need to open our mouth and overcome the obstacles of the psychological problems, as long as you can be the achieved, you are the successed.
