what is important when choosing a conference venue?

Location is important because at that time there will be a lot of journalists coming,if it is remote or too commercially thriving ,then it will disturb the conference.
VIPs is coming then,as the host ,we must provide them with a comfortable condition,which is the way of showing hospitality.
Due to the limited budget ,we can't afford prices of conferrence rent if it is in CBD or some places like that.
