英语短文 Love Youself Love Your Eyes

When we can see well,we do not think about our eyes often.It is only when we can not see perfectly that we come to see how important our eyes are.People who are nearsighted can only see things that are very close to their eyes.Everything else seems blurry(unclear).Many people who do a lot of close work,such as writing,reading and sewing,become nearsighted.Then they have to wear glasses in order to see distant things clearly.
We should look after our eyes just like looking after ourselves.
At first,we should not use eyes for a long time.Second,we should keep a distance of one foot when (we are)reading books.
Third,don’t read under sun or in the dark light or when we are on a bus or in bed.
At last,insist doing health care eyes very day.If we can do the above,we can have bright eyes.
