你好1. 对的, 因为判定损失赔偿金的主要原因确实是惩罚违反合同的一方,这样以后他们就不会再做成这样的事情,当然判定赔偿金的原因也可以是补偿收损失的一方,但从大的社会体制来看,惩罚违反者以防止这种现象更重要.2....事实上我们5号就考完了。。1,2,3道题目我们商量下来答案都是错的。。第2题是因为书上有写要根据degree来确定能不能上法庭。。第3题是UDUE INFLUENCE（我打错了）。。这商法里面有规定的。。恩，第二题可以理解，不过minors 如果可以的话为什么还要GUARDIAN呢？ 如果我答的话还是比较坚持我的观点。有精神问题这个我也赞同需根据DEGREE。不明白为什么第一题你们也觉得是错的，不过不管怎样啦，预祝你们好成绩啦 :)
