if the buyer find the Samples of the materials does not meet their environmental requirements ,then the batch of material can be processed by the buyers and the suppliers after their consultation.
If the materials can be Identified to the supplier's responsibility ,the direct or indirect costs for the buyer should be beared by the supplier.
