I would suggest you to go to the website,xianbuzhu.There are more than eight hundred people offering Chinese tutoring on xianbuzhu.Many of them are very good teachers and some are even for HSK.I think that website is the best way to learn Chinese.By the way,learning is by Skype,MSN or WebEx.
