Why do people need to have virtues?

Now,I would like to tell some of them in my view.
Responsibility is one of the most basic virtues of responsibility only when the basis of other things before they can stabilize.
Meanwhile,that isn't mean we must show off our capability.We just need to express it in a appropriate way.When we deal with the relationship between the time and the way.We can have virtues ,too.
