Football is perhaps the most popular sport in the world and it is played by millions of people all the year round.But there have only been few players who are truly great.How do these players become so successful-is it through training and practice,or are great players"born,no made"?The following might be some of the reasons.
First,these players often come from places that have had famous atars in the past.Young boys admire and try hard to imitate them.Second,all these players have had years of practice.Most of them begin playing the game at the age of there or four.Finally,many great players come form the same kind of neighborhood-a poor,crowded area where a boy's dream is not to be a doctor,lawyer,or businessman,but to become a rich,famous athlete.
All great players have a lot in common.However,that doesn't explain why they are so great.Hundreds of boys played un these Brazilian streets,but only one became Pele.The greatest players are born with some special quality that distinguishes them from all the others.
