Do you prefet a slow pace of life or a fast pace?

As for me,I prefer to live a slow pace of life.As you can see,we try our best to work and study in order to have a better life.however,we ignore the quality of life in this way.A slow pace of life can avoid this.It can help us think carefully of what we can do and what we must do.Then we have more time to do something we enjoy.
