The nurses arethe key personnel of the conservation work‘s development for the kindergartons.Thus their basic quality influences the kindergartons’ nursery quality directly.Meanwhile,the nurse is also another teacher of the class because he/she equally has a civilizing influence on children’s physical and mental development.This artical is based on knowing the nurses‘ quality through the documentary method and it has the Ping Hu’s nurses do a questionnaire sample survey according to six aspects,including their constructional aspect,health state,mental quality,nursery sense and the attitudes to the job and the kids.Twelve nurses from four kindergartons of Ping Hu will be chosen to have deeper observation and interview,from which the basic quality situation of the present nurses can be known.The data also help find out problems so that relevant solutions can be come up with.
