英语中宾语从句主句是完成时从句是现在时
今天见到这样一句话：the courts have decided that their birth parents are unable to function adequately.
可以主句是完成时从句是现在时?这句话是正确的,考的就是填完成时,我也觉得完成时好但说不懂为什么.
The committee has anticipated the problem will arise in the road construction project 还有这句话,为什么定语从句也是将来时?我觉得既然是过去的决定,所以也应该是过去将来时吧
