to have done 与having done 有什么不同

to have done：做——事
He pretended not to have done it.
他假装没有做这事.
I suspect him to have done it.
我疑心这是他干的
having done：正在做某事
We're having the kitchen done up.
我们正用现代化设备装修厨房.
The photo takes well.这句不对.
The plan carries out successfully.也不对,改成：The plan carried out successfully.
Clever as he is,也不对,也许意思是“聪明如他”,但应该写成Clever as him.
Clever is he?如果意思是他聪明吗?那应该是Is he clever?
