这其实应是个固定搭配,有两种句型：
Good luck to sb.(人) 其中文意思为：祝某人好运.
Good luck with sth..（某事）其中文意思为：祝某事顺利 ,举办成功.
因此,Good luck 后跟人的话则用to,Good luck 后跟某事的话则用with.
