Is there as much water in this glass as in that glass?我认为第三个没有错啊，older是年龄之间的比较，而elder是辈分。而第五个应该把than改为to年龄之间的比较，兄弟姐妹是要用elder的，这是英语文法。文法上若两者之间，你比较喜爱一个，是用over的，因为是 一个定语。(本人居英46年，这是绝对正确的。)我们老师说了是用elder但是prefer。。。。。。。。。。to。。。。。。。。。是固定搭配，不过还是谢谢
