If you have a stomachache ,don't walk.Sit or lie down.
If an insecct bites you,wash with cold water.
If you get burend,wash and cool the area with cold water.
If you cut your finger,cleam it and put a piece of paper of around it.
Renember the first aid telephone number .Use it to call an ambulance.
