不可以,我们常说 I think /do you think 是插入语 放在句子中可以不看 所以似乎就成了 Where are you.
但注意 插入语不影响句子成分,但绝对影响句子结构,也就是说还得将where you are 这部分视为宾语从句部分,用陈述句语序.
你看下下面两道题：
1 Whom do you think/suppose he met yesterday?(不用did he meet,插入语think 影响结构（主谓宾的位置）,形式要符合宾语从句中疑问句式用陈述句语序结构.但这里用whom的原因,不是因为它做think的宾语,而是因为它做met的宾语,也就是所谓的插入语不影响成分（主谓宾的关系））
2 She is the woman who I think stole my bag.（这里 I think 在定语从句中做插入语,但不影响先行词 woman做定语从句中主语的成分 the woman stole my bag,千万不要把the woman 看成I think 的宾语,因此关系代词用 who 或 that ,不能使用whom 或不填）
这就是所谓的英文重在形合,形式结构上要统一圆满.
