初中英语作文 说明一下学生带手机的利与弊

Everybody has different opinion about whether students should be enabled to use cell-phones or not. To my opinion, it is inappropriate for students to use mobile phones although they carry out conveniency in certain degree.First of all, itseems cool to use cell-phones at first place , which makes a lot of students to purchase irrational and pointless fashion. Next, some may text and play downloaded games in their cell-phones during classes. This eventually will result that students pay low or even no attention to classes. To sum up, I disagree that students should bring mobile phones.
